Discussion on Treatment of Metabolism Syndrome From Spleen

代谢综合征是以胰岛素抵抗为基础,糖和脂类等代谢异常引发的一组相互关联的疾病。文章认为脾在其发病机理和治疗上有着独特的地位,提出脾虚失运是代谢综合征发病的关键,故主张从脾论治,灵活化裁,以期对防治代谢综合征有所裨益。

Metabolism Syndrome was a syntrophic disease, which was insulin resistance as foundation and caused by abnormal metabolism of glucose and lipoid. The paper thought the spleen has a unique place in its pathogenesis and therapy, put forward the splenic asthenia was the key of metabolism syndrome filled disease. So it was claimed that the disease should be treated from spleen in order to produce positive effect for preventing and treating metabolism syndrome.
