胃癌的中医药研究进展

Study Progress in Treatment of Gastric Cancer With TCM

文章总结分析了目前中医对胃癌病因病机的认识主要是虚证论、邪实论、血瘀论三种观点,而中医药对胃癌的治疗主要是用于改善胃癌癌前病变、术后的扶正辅助治疗和减轻放化疗的毒副作用。中医药在治疗胃癌的不足主要表现在抗癌效应不强、剂型单一、治疗机理不明确等方面。

There were three viewpoints about the etiological factor and pathogenesis of gastric cancer,which were the theory of asthenia syndrome,the theory of state of evil domination and the theory of blood stasis.That gastric cancer treated by TCM were mainly used to improve the precancerous change of gastric cancer,treat by strengthening body resistance after operation and reduce the side-effect because of chemical therapy.However,there were some disadvantage that treated gastric cancer with TCM,it was mainly displayed the low of anticancer reaction,single dosage form,indefinite therapeutic mechanism,and so on.
