我国高校教职工健康现状、影响因素及预防对策

Influencing Factors of the Health Status of Staff in High Colleges of Our Country and Countermeasures

高校教职工是一个特殊的职业群体,他们的工作方式以脑力劳动为主。据多家科研院所调查显示,高校60%教师患有各种疾病,45.55%处于亚健康状态,88%的自感工作、生活压力太大。五官疾病居高校教职工所患疾病之首。主要影响因素为自我保健意识缺乏,工作、生活压力过大,职业因素的特殊性以及学校的管理制度等。预防对策应从国家政策、学校的具体措施和加强自我保健意识等全方位着手。

The staffs in the university is a kind of special occupational group whose work is primarily mental work. It is reported that 60% of them suffer from many kinds of diseases, 45.55% of them are in the condition of subhealth, 88% of them have the feeling of high pressure. The diseases of facial organs are primary disease among the teachers. Because they lack the sense of self health care and have high pressure. Besides, special occupation and supervision system play an important roll. I belive we should take measure from the national policy, university＇s concrete measure and self healthcare.
