摘要
针对在水利工程中土石坝边坡稳定分析和设计相对落后的现状,本文以概率统计和结构可靠度理论为基础,对土石坝边坡稳定可靠度分析和设计问题,包括土石坝抗剪强度参数粘聚力和内摩擦角的统计方法和统计特性,土石坝边坡稳定可靠度分析方法,设计表达式中标准值和分项系数的取值问题等,进行了分析研究,并结合工程实例做了简要说明。本文还给出了采用Monte Carlo方法搜索临界滑裂面并求解最小可靠指标的具体做法,以及利用安全系数与可靠指标间的关系确定结构系数的方法。
Considering the unadvanced analysis and design of earth-rock dam at present, the main problems in the stability reliability analysis and design of earth-rock dams are studied in detail in this paper based on the probability statistics and the theory of structural reliability. These problems include the statistical method and the statistical characteristics of the shearing strength parameters, i. e. the cohesion and internal fraction angle, the method for analyzing the slope-stability reliability of earth-rock dam, the evaluation of the standard values and the partial coefficients in design expression. All these discussions are illuminated with illustrative engineering examples. In addition,this paper presents the implementation procedure of Monte Carlo method for searching the critical slip surface and computing the minimum reliability index, and proposes the method of computing structural coefficient by the relation between safety factor and reliability index.
