脐血输注对恶性肿瘤化疗后血象的影响及作用机理探讨

Observation on Effect of Cord Blood Transfusion on Blood Picture of Patients with Cancer Treated by Chemotherapy and Approach to Its Mechanism of Action

观察了脐血输注对８５名恶性肿瘤患者化疗后血象的影响，并探讨了其作用机理，结果表明输注脐血可明显提高肿瘤患者化疗后的白细胞和血小板水平，实验证明脐血中含有丰富的造血祖细胞和造血刺激因子。

The observation on effect of cord blood transfusion on the blood picture of 85 patients with cancer treated by chemotherapy has been taken and the approach to its mechanism of action has been provided,indicating that the cord blood transfusion could raise the counts of white blood cells and platelets in the patients with cancer treated by chemotherapy.The experiment demonstrates that the cord blood is abundant in hemopoietic stem cells and hemopoietic stimulating factors.
