摘要
简要阐述了供应链绩效评价的必要性,构建供应链企业内部、外部及整体绩效评价的框架模型,最后运用模糊综合评价方法从定量的角度对企业绩效评价方法进行研究,并给出评价过程。
The article gives a brief introduction to the necessity of evaluating supply chain performance, discusses the evaluation framework models for internal, external and overall performance of supply chain in enterprises, and studies the comprehensive vague evaluation methods for enterprise performance evaluation from the perspective of quantitative. The evaluation process is also provided.
