滋肾与通脉法治疗老年脂质代谢紊乱的临床观察

Clinical Observation on TCM Nourishing Kidney & Activating Vessels for Senile Lipid Metabolic Disturbance

对92例脂质代谢紊乱患者进行临床疗效观察,表明滋肾胶囊、通脉胶囊能调整老年脂质代谢紊乱,具有降低TG、TC及动脉硬化指数,与对照组安妥明作用相似(P>0.05),在升高HDL-C及apoAI方面优于安妥明(P<0.05～0.001)。为进一步寻找标本兼治的有效方药提供依据,也为肾虚、血瘀是老年脂质代谢紊乱的中医易患因素提供了科学依据。

The result of the clinical observation on 92 cases of lipid metabolic disturbance showed that. Zis hen Jiaonang(Capsule for Nourishing Kidney) and Tongmai Jiaonang(Capsule for Activating Vessels) could regulate the senile lipid metabolism. They had the effect for reducing TG, TC and atherogenic index,which was similar to that of atromid-S in control group (P>0.05). But the effect for raising HDL and apoA_1 was better than that in atromid-S group(P<0.05～0.001). It provides the basis for the further study of effective drugs and the scientific basis of that kidney defeciency and blood stasis being the liable factors of senile lipid metabolic disturbance.
