人力资源管理对中小企业的发展具有举足轻重的作用。中小企业要想克服自身存在的若干缺陷,在激烈的市场竞争中获取一席之地,必须建立规范化的人力资源管理制度,并注意发挥企业文化及人力资源外包形式的独特作用,如此,才能不断提升中小企业的竞争优势。
The management of human resource has a very important effect on the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. In order to overcome the shortcomings of small and medium-sized enterprises and get a certain position in the acute competition of market, we should set up the standardized system of management of human resource and play the special role of business culture and the management of human resource through outer corporation, so that we can increase the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises.
