偶联剂对火焰喷涂尼龙/石墨复合涂层摩擦磨损性能的影响

摘要 采用均匀试验设计方法,利用摩擦磨损试验机对火焰喷涂尼龙1010/石墨复合涂层的干摩擦磨损性能进行了测定,并对实验结果进行回归分析,结果表明:在实验速度0.2610 m/s^0.9160 m/s,载荷100 N^350 N条件下,经偶联剂处理的尼龙1010/石墨复合涂层的干摩擦系数为0.343~0.387,磨损量为1.8 mg^7.4 mg,明显低于未经偶联剂处理的尼龙1010/石墨复合涂层的干摩擦系数(0.3950~0.4410)和摩损量(2.7 mg^14.5 mg),而且复合涂层的摩擦系数随PV值的变化趋于平稳,复合涂层更适于在高PV值下应用. The properties of resistance to dry friction and wear behavior of flame sprayed nylonl010/graphite composite coatings were studied by wear-test machine of MRH - 3. The wear tests were designed using the uniform design method. And the statistics of regression analysis of the experimental results were done by SPSS 11.0 for Windows. The dry friction coefficient between coating and steel increases while the PV volume is increased, but when the PV volume is been increasedmore, the dry friction coefficient decreases. The results showed that graphite which was covered with coupling agent could better the wear resistance. The wear mechanisms of the composite coatings wear explained in terms of plastic deformation and fatigue tearing et al.
