摘要
分析比较了热交换器设计中常用的对数平均温差法和传热单元数法之间的联系和区别,并以增压柴油机的板翅式中冷器的设计为例,比较并验证了两种方法的设计结果.结果表明:两种方法设计出的换热器虽有一定偏差,但都可满足设计要求.
The link and difference between LMTD and NTU are compared,which are generally used in designing heat exchanger. The results of the two methods are illustrated by the intercooler design in turbocharged diesel engine. The results show that although there exists deflection, both methods can meet the design requirement.
