基于零触发转子压铸机可控硅时序控制器的设计

摘要 研制了用于转子压铸机零触发可控硅时序控制器,介绍了可控硅时序控制器的电路组成及工作原理和转子压铸机的工作程序及工作原理.该系统的核心由可控硅组成的主回路、触发电路组成,用于完成对压铸机开模、合模、压模动作过程的控制.该控制方法具有良好的动态品质,具有性能优越、价格低、操作简便等优点. The fragmentary activation silicon controlled rectifier sequence control utensil of wheel die-casting engine is p and wheel repared The silicon controlled rectifier sequence contrsller electric circuit makes up the work rule die-casting engine work order and work rule is introduced. The systematic core consists of the primary return of silicon controlled rectifier and trigger. It is used for the process control of the die-casting engine on stroking, stroking together, getting near to stroke movement. It shows that the method of control has the following advantages:high performance, low price and easy operation.
