数据化计量控制 提高电极加工质量

ON NECESSITY OF NUMERICAL MEASUREMENT CONTROL FOR IMPROVING QUALITY OF ELECTRODE S IN PROCESSING STEP

提出了数据化计量控制对提高电极加工质量的必要性,介绍了国产石墨电极专用环规的测量功能和使用方法,阐述了利用环规检测的数据调整控制电极加工参数的一些做法,说明通过数据化计量控制可明显提高电极加工精度和联接质量。

It has been highlighted that numerical measurement is necessary to improve the quality of electrode in the processing stage. The measuring function and measuring method of internal ring gage used in production of graphite electrode are introduced. Some methods that make use of the data by ring gage to adjust the parameters of electrode processing are reviewed. The results show that the accuracy during the electrode processing and the connecting quality can be improved by adopting the numerical measurement.
