Effects of short-term induced menopause on bone mineral density

[目的]研究人工绝经早期对腰椎正位、髋部骨密度的影响。[方法]采用双能X线骨密度仪(DEXA)测定受试者腰椎正位(L2-L4)及髋部(股骨颈、Ward区、大转子)骨密度值(BMD)。[结果]人工绝经早期BMD与正常对照组BMD比较无统计学意义(P>0.1)。[结论]人工绝经早期尚未对BMD产生明显影响。

[ Objective] To investigate bone mineral density （BMD） of women who had premenopausal hysterectomy and ovariotomy 10 days ago. [ Methods] BMD of the lumber spine and hipbone in 31 women who was induced menopause was measured with dual - energy X - ray absorptiometer. [ Results] There was no significant difference between B M D in induced menopause group and that in normal control group. [ Conclusion] Short - term induced menopause had no significant effect on BMD.
