摘要
用免疫组织化学方法观察了5-HT(5-羟色胺)在青年猫与老年猫腰髓中的表达,比较其表达的差异性,探讨该差异的原因及可能的生理影响.在青年猫与老年猫L6段脊髓灰质中,5-HT能神经元与神经纤维分布广泛,多个Rexed板层均可见5-HT阳性神经元,主要分布于RexedⅠ、Ⅱ、Ⅶ、Ⅸ区.5-HT能神经纤维阳性较强的区域有RexedⅠ、Ⅱ区及RexedⅦ、Ⅷ区.RexedⅩ区未见阳性标记.经比较,老年组腰髓中5-HT能神经元的数量及免疫反应性均明显低于青年组.表明猫腰髓中的5-HT表达有明显的年龄相关变化,该变化与脊髓中5-HT的合成、重摄取及代谢分解功能的变化有关,可能对脊髓水平伤害性信息的调制有重要影响.
Immunohistochemical method was applied to observe the expression of 5 - HT in the lumbar spinal cord of young and old cats and to explore the possible cause and the physiological effect underlying these changes. In light microscope level, 5 - HT immunoreactive (5 - HT - IR) cells and the fibers were widely observed in gray matter except Lamina Ⅹ . 5 - HT - IR cells appeared mainly in Lamina Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅶ、Ⅸ, and the intensive labeled fibers existed mainly in Lamina Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅶ、Ⅷ in both age groups. However, the old cats exhibited less in the number and weaker in immunoreaction intension than the young cats. The expression of 5 - HT showed significantly age-related changes, which might affect the functional changes of its synthesis, reuptake and metabolization, and also probably affect the modulation on the nociceptive input during spinal cord senescence.
