摘要
本文运用放射免疫分析(radioimmunoassay,RIA)的方法测定10例大剂量氨甲喋呤(Methotrexate,MTX39/m2)12小时静滴治疗儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿的血药浓度,结果用《实用药代动力学计算程序3p87》判断符合二室模型,计算出药动学参数t1/2α(h)=0.3954±0.0468,和t1/2(h)=4.5647±0.0914,K12(h-1)=0.5±0.0931。K21(h-1)=0.2241±0.0095,K10(h-1)=1.1993±0.1213。
Using radioimmunoassay,the serum concentrations of large dose methotrexate (3g/m2iv 12h)were determined in 10 child patients with acute lymphocytic leukemia. computed by practical pharmacokinetic computer program 3p87,the results could be described by two compartment model. The pharmacokinetic parameters were as follow:t1/2α(h)=0.3 954±0.0468,t1/2β(h)=4.5 647±0.0 914,K12(h-1)=0.5±0.0 931,K21(h-1)=0.2 241±0.0 095,K10(h-1)=1.1 993±0. 1 213.
