江苏省青少年散打教练员现状调查与分析

Studys on the youth Sanda trainer's of Jiangsu Province

采用文献资料法、问卷调查法等,对江苏省青少年散打教练员进行分析.,结果显示:青少年散打教练员队伍是以大专及本科学历、初中级职称、中青年为主;其职称偏低、结构不太合理,科研能力弱,进修机会少,计算机操作能力差等因素,制约着教练员素质与训练水平的快速提高.

Such ways as the literature material law, the survey procedure and so on, was adopted to analyze those trainers of young Sanda sportsmen in Jiangsu Province. Result demonstration that Demonstrated： trainers troop of young Sanda sportsmen are primarily by the technical college and the college degree record, at the beginning of the intermediate title and youth; their title somewhat low structure are not too reasonable, scientific research ability and the computer capacity are weak, and they take too few opportunity to accept advanced courses, which is restricting with the fast enhancement the trainer quality and the training level.
