大剂量丙种球蛋白治疗川崎病疗效分析

Curative effect of intravenous high does gamma immunoglobulin with Kawasaki disease

目的探讨大剂量丙种球蛋白治疗川崎病的临床疗效。方法对16例川崎病应用大剂量丙种球蛋白(IVIG)加阿司匹林(ASP)和11例单用阿司匹林治疗川崎病进行对比观察。结果大剂量丙种球蛋白[1g/kg·d×2d]治疗较单一阿司匹林疗效显著(P<0.05),总热程缩短(P<0.05),心电图异常发生率由28.8%降至11.7%,冠状动脉损害发生率由31.2%降至16.7%。结论大剂量丙种球蛋白对川崎病临床疗效显著,能有效防治冠状动脉损害。

Objective This study is to investigate the clinical effects of intravenous high does of gamma immunoglobulin in treatment of Kawasaki disease. Methods The comparisons were made between 16 patients with Kawasaki disease were treated with high does of gamma immunoglabulin and 12 patients with Kawasaki disease were treated with ASP alone. Results The resuh showed that it was more effective when high dose gamma immunoglohulin than ASP alone（P〈0.05）. The total course of fever was shortened（P〈0.05）; The abnormal rate of ECG decreased from 28.8% to 11.7% and rate of coronary artery impairment decreased from 31.2% to 16.7%. Conclusions These resuhs suggest that high dose gamma immunoglobulin can prevent and treat the impairment of Cardiovascular system effectively in patients with Kawasaki disease.
