达英—35与二甲双胍联合应用治疗多囊卵巢综合征效果分析被引量：9

摘要目的探讨达英-35与二甲双胍联合应用治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床效价。方法选择确诊为PCOS的患者25例,经用达英-35与二甲双胍联合治疗2-4个周期后再促排卵。结果临床症状明显改善,均有撤退性出血,经量较治疗前增多,痤疮不同程度的改善,激素水平测定LH、FSH、T、LH/FSH均降至正常范围,治疗前后比较有显著差异(P<0.01),促排卵39个周期,排卵率84.6%(33/39),妊娠率32%(8/25)。结论达英-35与二甲双胍联合应用,明显改善临床症状,改变异常的血激素相,提高对促排卵药物的敏感性,是治疗多囊卵巢综合征较为有效的理想方法。
