慢性酒精中毒性周围神经病的临床及神经电生理——附14例报告

Clinical Electrophysiological Studies of Alcoholic Peripheral Neuropathy Reports of 14 Cases

本文报告了14例酒精中毒性周围神经病的临床及神经电生理改变。14例的饮酒史5～40年,平均22年。每日饮白酒2～5两,平均4.5两。研究结果提示:神经电生理改变下肢较上肢明显与临床所见一致;感觉神经纤维较运动纤维受累明显,动作电位波幅下降较传导速度改变明显,与轴索损害为主的病理所见相符。

The clinical, electrophysiological features of 14 cases with alcoholic peripheral neuropathy are reported. All of the cases had drinking history for 5 to 40 years, about 100 to 250 grams of spirits per day.The results showed that there were more pronounced electrophysiological changes in the lower limbs than those in the upper limbs, which were consistent with clinical findings. Sensory nerve fibers were involved more severely than motor nerve fibers; the descending of action potential amplitude was more evident than the change of conductive velocity, which was consistent with pathological findings of axonal impairment.
