摘要
介绍了一种汽车变速器疲劳试验台控制系统的硬件及软件结构,该系统是以工业控制计算机为核心,基于M icrosoftW indow s 2000系统开发的,可根据试验参数的设置,利用同一试验台进行多种型号汽车变速器的试验,试验效率和精度高,并利用电液比例技术实现试验转矩的平稳加载,能实现试验过程的自动控制和故障报警。实际运行结果表明,该系统确保了整个试验台的稳定运行,具有良好的安全性和稳定性。
A control system of test bed for automobile transmission takes the industry control computer as the core and its hardware and software is based on Microsoft Window 2000 system with friendly user interface. According to the test parameter setting, the system can test several types of automobile transmission on a same test-bed with high efficiency and precision. It can also implement stable loading by using electro-hydraulic proportional control technology and realize automatic control and alarm in the test process. Practical operation shows that the control system is of high security and stability.
