摘要
将双偏心摆式飞剪机简化为二自由度平面六杆机构,运用复数向量法建立了飞剪的运动学与动力学数学模型;在此基础上,针对飞剪的同步剪切及定尺精度要求,研究了两主动曲柄的控制对策。
The double eccentric rocking flying shear was simplified to flat six rods mechanism with two freedom degree . The mathematical models of kinematics and dynamics were set by the methods of complex vector . And the controlling method of the flying shear in synchronous cutting and braking reset is analyzed in this paper.
