干热定形对PTT针织物性能的影响

Study of the influence of dry thermal setting on the properties of PTT knitted fabrics

测试了PTT针织物在不同条件下的热定形前后织物尺寸稳定性能、纤维临界溶解时间、织物延伸度与拉伸应力的关系、针织物拉伸弹性回复率、针织物顶破强力以及织物的染色性能。对测试结果进行分析和比较,找出了PTT针织物较佳的热定形温度和时间。

This paper tested the size stability of the PTT fabric before and after thermal setting treatment under different conditions, the critical dissolving time of the fiber, the relationship between the tensile stress and strain of the fabric, the elastic recovery, the bursting strength of the fabric and the dyeing properties. The experimental results wre analyzed and compared, and the best temperature and time of thermal setting for PTT knitted fabric was determined.
