摘要
进气流量的精确测量是车用汽油机空燃比精确控制的基础,发动机工作在过渡工况时,因进气状态变化,空气流量传感器的滞后响应影响了过渡工况空燃比的控制精度。本文提出了一种基于灰色理论的过渡工况进气流速的预测方法,以空气流量传感器测试的历史数据建立进气流速的灰色预测模型,并根据新测试的结果对模型进行修正,对车用汽油机加减速工况试验数据进行仿真,结果表明该方法能准确地预测过渡工况的进气流速。
Precise measurement of the air induction flow is the basis of accurate control ot air tuel ratio for gasoline engines. During transient conditions, the serious fluctuation of air induction state and the lagging response of the air flow sensor seriously affect the accuracy of air fuel ratio control. A forecasting method of air flow ratio in transient condition based on gray theory was provided. A gray forecasting model was set up according to the historical data of the air flow sensor, which was revised according to the new sampling data and simulated by testing the acceleration and deceleration performance of gasoline engines. The simulation results show that the method will accurately forecast air induction flow velocity during transient condition.
