摘要
利用浙江大学新研制的高精度数字化扭振测试系统,对装用国产扭振减振器的斯太尔WD615系列发动机进行了全负荷工况下的曲轴扭振特性台架测试。通过对全转速范围内各稳定转速下的扭振时域波形和各谐次扭振幅频特性曲线的综合分析表明,该机型配用国产扭振减振器完全满足扭振减振要求。
Under the full load condition, the torsional vibration characteristic of Syster WD615 diesel engine with homemade bumper was measured through the high precision digital test system developed by Zhejiang University on the test-bed. The synthetical analysis results of torsional vibration wave and characteristic curve of amplitude-rotating speed show that the homemade dumper is effective.
