摘要
设计了一种应用于安全气囊结构设计与改进的充气试验系统,节省了试验开支,且对环境无污染.该系统使用压力容器储存一定压力的压缩空气,通过大通径电磁阀的开启来实现对气囊充气的过程,并将试验中采集到的数据输入计算机建立了非线性有限元模型.
Establishes an airbag deployment system used for airbag structure design and improvement, which has no effect on environment condition and saves the experiment cost. The system contains a pressure vessel filled with compressed air,it'll release the compressed air into the airbag through the inlet by switching the large di- ameter solenoid valve. The collected data were inputted in the computer to set up the nonlinear finite element model.
