摘要
阐述了握持机械手在全自动高频熔片机中的应用,给出了一种方便有效的机械手结构,并进行了比较详细的运动分析.此结构机械手已经试制成功,实验表明可靠性高、控制精确.
Expatiated the application of manip ulator in the automatic high frequency fusion. Then gave a kind of convenient and valid structure of manipulator. This structure of the manipulator has already manufactured successful, and field test indicated that the structure has high dependability and accurate control.
