窄线宽高信噪比可调谐掺Er^(3+)光纤激光器 被引量:1

Tunable Er^(3+)-Doped Fiber Laser with Narrow Linewidth and High Signal-to-Noise Ratio

摘要 基于偏振态调谐原理,利用多个偏振控制器在环形腔掺Er3+光纤激光器中实现了连续可调谐、窄线宽、高信噪比的单频激光输出·连续调谐宽度达22nm(1538~1560nm),3dB谱线宽度小于0.1nm,光信号-自发辐射噪音比大于45dB,最大输出功率约1mW·在10~50mW泵浦功率范围内,输出功率波动幅度小于1dB·在室温下,工作数十个小时,中心波长漂移小于0.05nm· Continuously tunable Er^3+-doped ring fiber laser with muhi-intra-cavity polarization controller has been presented by using the tuning mechanism of polarization controlling. The CW lasing with 22 nm (1538-1560 nm) tunable range, 0. 1 nm spectral line-width, 45 dB optical signal-to-ASE-noise ratio have been achieved. When the laser is pumped by different pump power from 10 to 50 mW, the fluctuation of peak power is less than ldB during the whole tuning range at different center wavelength. The laser also exhibits a very good operating stability with spectral fluctuation of less than 0.05 nm for tens of hours at room environments.
