根据免疫胶体金标记的蛋白质芯片的特点,利用CCD、数字图像处理等技术,设计了一套生物芯片扫描分析系统·概括了整个系统的结构,介绍了生物芯片扫描分析系统的软件结构和设计,详细描述了生物芯片图像分析和处理的方式·
According to the characters of the protein biochip with immunogold labeling technique, the biochip scanning and analyzing system were designed based on CCD and digital image treatment technology. After presenting the architecture of the whole system, the article introduces the software framework of it. And then, the method of analyzing and processing biochip image is described in detail.
