摘要
研究了炼油项目经济效益分析中存在的原油加工损失、全厂开工负荷、装置运行周期,以及原油与产品价格的联动不一致性等现实影响因素。通过具体项目的测算分析,建议在炼油项目经济效益分析中考虑0．8％的加工损失率、90％的开工负荷,适当考虑工艺装置的长周期运行以及兼顾原油与产品价格的联动不一致性等因素, 以较好地体现项目的实际情况。
The factors affecting the economic benefits of refinery projects are studied, such as crude processing loss, operating capacity, turnaround time and inconsistency of prices of crude oil and oil products. It is concluded from case studies that a more precise realistic economic benefit can be worked out if 0.8% processing loss, 90% of operating capacity, long-term unit operation and inconsistency of crude oil and product prices are considered in the analysis.
