摘要
介绍了扬子石油化工股份有限公司PTA装置加氢预热系统改造的原因、方案设计和改造内容,对改造前后的工艺流程、工艺参数和能量利用情况进行了分析,并对改造后系统的产汽、用汽进行了计算和评价,提出了在能量利用方面存在的不足和改进方向。
The revamp, revamp schemes and revamp causes of PTA plant in SINOPEC Yangzi Petrochemical Co. , Ltd are described. The process flow, process parameters and energy utilization before and after revamp are analyzed, and the steam production and steam requirements of post-revamp are calculated and verified. The inefficiency in energy utilization is discussed and improvement suggested.
