摘要
采用高气泡表面积通量浮选柱浮选肥煤和气煤,检验浮选柱的性能,探讨浮选规律,并根据试验结果对浮选柱的结构和操作参数进行调整。试验表明,多段发泡器的采用和布置显著增大浮选柱的气泡表面积通量,还可以使气泡输送某些疏水颗粒的路程得到缩短,有效地防止气泡的兼并以及疏水大颗粒因输送路程长而脱落的现象,增加了对物料粒级的适应性,提高了煤浮选效率。
The newly developed column of high bubble surface area flux has been applied to the flotation of gas coal and fat coal. The flotation performances and parameters of the flotation column are described as well as their modifications. The experimental results confirmed that the flotation column of high bubble surface area flux can produce very fine bubbles at a very high superficial gas velocity. The adoption of multi-stage bubbler created a more favorable environment for the collisions of particles and bubbles and the subsequent collections of hydrophobic particles than the mechanical flotation cell or conventional column, showing higher separation efficiency. The designed column has versatility for the flotation of both fine and coarse particles, because it can reduce the coalescences of bubbles and the dropping out of big hydrophobic particles due to a long transfer distance. The adaptability of the column to the size fraction of the materials is improved thereby. Therefore, the coal floatation efficiency is promoted.
