超滤膜连续处理乳化液废水的实验研究 被引量:6

摘要 采用截留分子量分别为2500和8000的聚乙烯乙二醇超滤膜在连续错流式操作条件下处理乳化液废水,考查了压力、温度对透水率和CODCr去除率的影响。结果表明:超滤膜处理乳化液废水的透水率受操作压力和温度的影响,对于截留分子量为8000的超滤膜应选择0.3~0.7MPa的操作压力,而对于截留分子量为2500的超滤膜选择0.7~1.0MPa的压力,同时,超滤膜的温度范围选择为25~32℃。采用截留分子量2500的聚乙烯乙二醇超滤膜在温度28℃和压力0.5MPa条件下处理乳化液废水,CODCr,的去除率可达93%左右。 Polyethylene glycol membranes with different molecular weight cut-offs were used to treat oil/water emulsion under continuous cross-flow sonditions. The effects of pressure, and temperature on the water-permeating rate and the removal rate of chemical oxygen demand (CODcr) were studied. The results showed the permeating rate of Ultrafiltration membrane can be influenced by pressure and temperature. For the Ultrafiltration membrane with molecular weight cutoffs of 8 000, a pressure between 0. 3 - 0. 7 MPa is chosen ; the UF membrane with molecular weight cut-offs of 2 500, a pressure between 0. 7 - 1.0 MPa and a temperature between 25 - 32℃ are chosen. Using the UF membrane with 2 500 molecular weight cut-offs to treat the oil/water emulsion at 0. 5 MPa and 28℃ can remove 93% of CODCr.
