It introduces quality management measure and safety measure of foundational construction of artificial drill-pouring pile, illustrates manufacture and quality acceptance of drill-pouting pile and steel reinforcement cage, describes pouring construction of concrete, and summarizes appropriate scopes of artificial drill-pouring pile to popularize this technique.
