The Application of Hollysys DCS in PSA Production Unit

介绍了采用变压吸附工艺回收炼油厂干气中的乙烯、乙烷和提纯氢气技术,并根据变压吸附生产工艺过程制定相应的控制策略,实现了Hollysys分散型控制系统在PSA装置上的应用,并对Hollysys分散型控制系统的硬件配置和应用软件组态进行了说明。

PSA technological process, which recycles C2 H4 , C2 H6 and purifies H2 in the refining dry gas,is introduced. It formulates measures which are based on technological process and achieve the application of hollysys DCS in the PSA production. At last,the hardware configuration and the application software customization in hollysys DCS are introduced.
