摘要
目的研究电子射线对小鼠移植性肿瘤的治疗作用及其对机体的损伤。方法通过对荷瘤小鼠局部病灶的放射治疗和全身放射治疗,观察其对实体瘤的抑制作用和对骨髓及外周血的影响。结果局部放射治疗对S180肉瘤疗效显著(P=0.04),与照射剂量成正相关;对H22肝癌抑瘤率为50%。局部放疗后一周外周血中单核细胞、淋巴细胞数量增加均在15%左右;全身放疗后一周,外周血可见大量粒细胞及单核细胞存在,骨髓涂片显示有微核细胞出现。结论局部放疗对S180疗效显著,对H22亦有一定疗效;全身放疗对荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤作用并不明显。局部放疗后可见明显的机体免疫功能调补应急作用;全身放疗一般剂量短时间可出现骨髓损伤,但随着时间的延长而恢复,超剂量照射辐射损伤则是不可逆的。
Objective To explore both the curative effect and damage of radiotherapy to tumorplant mice. Methods Observe the restraint of radiotherapy to neoplasm and the effect on marrow and peripheral blood by local and general radiotherapy on tumor - plant mice. Results There is marked curative effect of local radiotherapy on S180 sarcoma( P = 0.04). The effect is proportion to the amount of electronic ray. The restraining ratio of local radiotherapy to H22 liver cancer is 50%. After one week of local radiotherapy, the monocytes and lymphocytes in the peripheral blood increase by 15 %. After one week of general radiotherapy, there are lots of granulocytes and monocytes in the peripheral blood. There are microkemel cells in the marrow shce as well. Conclusion Local radiotherapy has marked effect on S180 and some effect on H22. General radiotherapy has no obvious restraint to tumor- plant mice. There is obvious immtmity compensation after local radiotherapy. Marrow damage can be seen after short time, common amount general radiotherapy. This damage can be resumed with time. But the damage after exceed amount radiotherapy is unreversed.
