板框式电化学反应器流动规律及对反应的影响 被引量:7

摘要 对自行设计制造的两类不同结构的板框式电化学反应器,通过流体停留时间分布测定,求得流动模型参数。结果表明,一类接近于理想置换流,一类接近于理想混合流。在该两类反应器中,分别研究了流动对硝基苯电还原制对氨基苯酚和Cr(Ⅲ)电氧化制Cr(Ⅵ)的影响规律,得到最佳流动条件下,两反应的电流效率分别为78%和91%,均高于文献报道值。 The flow model parameters were obtained from determining the fluid resident time distributions in two kinds of the different structural plate and frame electrolyzers that were self-designed and made. The results showed that one kind of reactor approached to plug-flow and the other kind of reactor approached to ideal mixing. Influence rules of flowing on producing Cr (Ⅵ) from Cr (Ⅲ) by electro-oxidation and electrochemical reduction of nitrobenzene to p-aminophenol were studied separately in these two kinds of reactors. The results were that the 78% and 91% current efficiencies of the two reactions could be respectively obtained under the optimal flowing condition and were higher than the reported values in some references.
