摘要
采用解析法对某水电站坝下游面钢衬钢筋混凝土压力管道进行初步设计,确定了钢衬厚度和钢筋配置,对其进行整体三维非线性有限元分析,着重研究了在设计荷载作用下,钢衬和钢筋的应力状态以及管周混凝土的开裂特征.采用将非线性有限元分析与规范解析法相结合的方法,先根据非线性有限元计算的结果,分析得到钢衬钢筋混凝土管的钢筋应力,再将其代入规范解析公式,计算出结构的裂缝宽度,并最终提出了满足结构限裂要求的配筋方案.
Steel lined reinforced concrete penstock of a hydropower station was designed to determine the thickness of steel lining and reinforcement scheme using analytic method. The integral model of steel lined reinforced concrete penstock was analyzed by nonlinear 3-D finite element method, focusing on stress of steel lining and reinforcing steel bar, cracking status of concrete. "An analytic method combining with nonlinear finite element analysis was used to study crack of the structure. The stress of reinforcing steel bar was obtained by nonlinear 3-D finite element analysis, and then this stress was substituted into analytical formula to calculate the crack width of steel lined reinforced concrete penstock. A scheme for reinforcing the penstock was proposed to conform to the limitation of cracks.
