美—罗氏综合征2例报道及文献复习

Melkersson-Rosenthal Syndrome (Report of Two Casesand Reniew of the Literature)

本文报道2例美—罗氏综合征,并对有关文献略作复习。经强的松治疗后,1例完全恢复而另1例无效。本文着重讨论了美—罗氏综合征的病因、病理及临床特征,并强调:青少年发病,反复周围性面瘫之病人应注意是否伴有面、唇部肿胀和/或皱襞舌,以期早日确诊,及时治疗。

Two cases of Melkersson-Rosenthal syndrome were reported and the literatures reviewed.One case treated with prednisone had favorable result,but another had no benefit with the same treatment. The pathogenesis,pathology,and clinical features were discussed.It is stressed that in a child or young person with reccurrent facial paralysis, the skin of the face,buccal mucosa and tongue must be examined carefully to detect wheather there are swelling of the face, lips,buccal mucosa and/or furrowed tongue for the purpose of early diagnosis and treatment.
