丙烯酸树脂涂饰剂的粘度特性

摘要 本文报道了采用粘度测定和透射电子显微镜(TEM)方法,研究丙烯酸树脂乳液涂饰剂的中和反应。证实了后处理过程中体系粘度的曲线变化,属于树脂胶乳中羧基的电中和反应所为。这一反应还伴随着羧基的迁移以及乳胶粒膨润、溶胀和压缩的形态变化过程。 Abstract Investigations,with the help of viscosity measurement and TEM,into the neutralization reaction of the acrylic emulsion finishes have been reported in this paper. The changes of viscosity curves taking place during the post-neutralized process are caused by the electro-dissociation reaction of carboxyl group on the latex surface and the solid contents, etc. In the meanwhile, the various. morphology of the latex and the migration of the carboxyl group are also discussed.
