摘要
通过对云南边疆地区乡镇小学骨干教师心理素质进行测试发现,被试整体心理健康情况比较稳定,但责任感、有恒性、自律性、创新能力、适应能力等几项情况均不容乐观。教师心理素质的优劣,直接影响素质教育的进程,为进一步促进小学教师心理素质的健康发展,教师应从我做起,积极提高自身心理素质,学校应采取有效的管理措施促进教师的心理健康,全社会应共同营造有利于教师心理健康的氛围。
An investigation on the iey teachers' mental quality in rural primary schools in Yunnan shows that the subjects' mental health is stable, however, their sense of responsibility, persistence, self-controlling, innovate ability and adaptable ability necessitate more improvement. The teacher's mental quality has a direct affect on the process of the quality - oriented education. The promotion of the teacher's mental quality in primary schools calls for a self improvement of the teacher's mental quality, an effective administrative measures from the school and a beneficial atmosphere for the teacher's mental quality in the society.
