摘要 综述近年来镰刀菌诱变技术及相关基因克隆的研究进展,列举代表性应用实例,并就镰刀菌分子生物学研究的重要性及分子生物学技术在镰刀菌研究中的广阔前景进行展望。 This paper reviews research achievements in using inducement technology and cloning of Fusarium link and enumerates some typical examples. The paper also discusses about the importance of molecular biology of Fusarium link and the wide application of molecular biology technology in the studies of Fusarium link.
