高职高专院校专业设置的原则和条件研究

On the Principles and Conditions of Curriculums Setting for Higher Vocational Colleges

高职高专院校的专业设置关系到学校的生存与发展。它受社会、经济特别是区域经济的发展、技术的进步和社会职业的变化等因素的影响与制约,与学校的办学指导思想、办学条件有着直接的关系。根据专业设置中存在的问题,提出了高职高专院校进行专业设置的前提、原则、主要考虑的影响条件和专业设置合理性的评价因素。

The establishment of the specialties and curricula for a higher vocational college relates with the school＇ s survival and its development. It is influenced and restricted by the development of the society and economy, especially by the local economic development, technological progress and the change of the social occupations etc. It is also directly influenced by guiding ideology and its condition of school running. By analyzing the questions existing in the establishment of the specialties and eurricula, the paper proposes the premise, the principles, the main influential conditions and suggests the evaluation factors for rational design of the specialties and curricula.
