电泳涂装后清洗问题及超滤器透过液量计算公式的导出方法

WASHING PROCESS AFTER CED PAINTING AND DERIVATION PROCESS OF CALCULATION EQUATION FOR LIQUID VOLUME THROUGH ULTRAFILTER

对电泳后清洗的原理和方法，尤其是清洗过程、清洗级数某些关键的工艺参数的确定原则作了较详尽的阐述。论述了超滤器过量计算公式的导出过程。提出了超滤器选型的理论依据。

Abstract Mechanism and method of the washing process after CED painting was described in detail, especially the washing process, washing times and some principles for determination of key technological parameters. The derivation process for the calculation equation of liquid volume through ultrafilter was also described in detail. A theoretical proposal was suggested for the choice of ultrafilter types.
