摘要
构建和谐社会需要重新审视“效率优先,兼顾公平”原则。它提出于建立市场体制之初,虽有其历史原因,然其哲学理蕴、价值导向和实际过程都暴露出明显缺陷,引发负面后果,陷入二元对立分割的樊篱。必须构建效率与公平二者并重、均衡协调、双向互动、内在统一的关系和机制,这对解决新的任务,实现全面发展目标有重大意义。
The principle of ＂efficiency first, give consideration to fair＂ need be commented again if you want to construct harmonious society, which was raised at the beginning of market system, it has obvious disadvantages in philosophy theory base value direction, and practical process although it has historical reasons. It is involved in dual-antagonistic situation, It has great significances in constructing efficiency and fair, balance coordination, interaction and the relationship between unification and inherence.
