出血性脑梗死相关因素的研究

Research for relevent factors of cerebral hemorrhagic infarction

目的研究出血性脑梗死(hemorrhagic infarction,HI)的影响因素和预后。方法比较113例HI患者和同期1 115例非出血性脑梗死(NHI)患者的年龄、既往卒中史、血压、血糖、脑梗死(cerebral infarction,CI)体积、神经功能损害程度、病死率、改善率及改善程度。结果HI患者平均血压、CI体积均显著高于NHI患者;年龄[(55.38±7.98)岁]、既往卒中次数[(1.72±1.22)次]以及血糖水平均显著低于NHI患者;美国国立卫生研究院卒中评分[(NIHstroke score,NIHSS)为(27.16±10.01)分]、病死率(7.96%)均显著高于NHI。结论低龄、较大梗死体积、血压较高的CI患者易出现HI;HI对CI患者的病情和预后有不良影响。

Objective To study factors influencing cerebral hemorrhagic infarction（HI） and prognosis of patients with HI. Methods Age, the stroke history, level of blood pressure, level of blood glucose, volume of cerebral infarction, degree of inpairment of nervous function, mortality rate and degree of improvement in 113 patients with HI were compared with those in patients with non-hemorrhagic infarction （NHI） at the same time. Results Avervage level of blood pressure, volume of cerebral infarction in patients with HI were significantly higher than those in patients with NHI. Age[ （55.38 ± 7.98） years], the previons stroke frequency [ （ 1.72 ± 1.22） times] and average level of blood glucose in patients with HI were significantly lower than those in patients with NHI. The NIH stroke score （NIHSS） （27.16 ± 10.01 ） 〉 coros and the mortality （7.96%） in patients with HI were higher significandy than those in patients with NHI. Conclusion The cerebral infarction （CI） patients with lower age, higher blood pressure level, larger volume of cerebral infarction are liable to get HI. HI has adverse influence on state of illness and prognosis of CI patients.
