摘要
目前火电机组正在向着高参数大容量方向发展,蒸汽温度和压力进一步提高,为此开发了一些新型马氏体耐热钢和奥氏体耐热钢。这些钢的合金元素含量较以前的锅炉用钢更高,焊接性能相比之下有所下降。文章主要介绍了超超临界机组用新钢种的焊接性能、化学成分、焊接接头的组织、蠕变性能和典型的失效方式等。
Presently ultra - supercritical pressure thermal power traits adopt some new type martensitie heat - resisting steels aad austenitic heat- resisting steels,their alloying element contents are higher thaa those of steels used in boilers before,couscquently the welding performances of the former decrease by comparison, The paper mainly briefs the welding performance, constituent of welding joint, mechanical property and typic failure modes etc. of new kinds of steels used in the ultra - stpercritical pressure boilers.
