摘要
针对山西兆光电厂500kVSF6气体绝缘金属封闭组合电器(GIS)电流互感器变比误差超标的问题,进行了测试分析,发现电流互感器法兰连接结构设计考虑不周是造成电流互感器变比误差严重超标的根本原因,因而在法兰连接螺栓上加装绝缘环和绝缘垫片后得到了解决。还提出了进一步的防范措施,如:法兰绝缘问题应引起重视,加装绝缘螺栓要有防水密封;断路器和电流互感器之间的支撑架也须考虑绝缘等。
Aim at the problem of current ratio error of 500 kV SF6 GIS current transformer in Shanxi Dragon Power Plant, the test and analysis were carried out, which found that the improper strueture design in flange connection of current transformer was the essential reason for the ratio error of ctrrent transformer. The solution is adding insulated ring and packing piece on flange connection bolt. The further preventing measures are Wesented, such as flange insulation, insulation bolt with anti - water seal, and insulation for the supporting stncture betwen circuit breaker and current transformer.
