摘要 分析循环流化床锅炉电厂烟风系统设计原则和设计实例,指出其设计优化趋势。为了降低厂用电率,应对工艺过程参数进行分析和量化,确定风源和设备,通过调研,合理设计参数,避免过大的余量。采用液力耦合器和变频器的变速调节代替节流调节,是降低烟风阻力损失的有效方法。现阶段推荐采用液力耦合器调节。从源头上采取措施非常重要。尽量减少、取消不必要的风机。在锅炉设计时,应合理选取部件结构,从根本上降低送风阻力损失。 This paper briefs the design principle and design example of gas - air system of circulating fluidized bed combustion (CFBC) plant and indicates its design optimization treuds.In order to reduce the service power rate,the technological process parameters should be analyzed and quantified,to determine air source and equipment,and through investigation and study to rationally design parameters, to avoid overmuch margin.To adopt variable - speed requlation instead of throttle regulation is an effective method to decrease gas - air resistance loss.In the present stage,the hydranlic coupler regulation is recommended to adopt,as fully as possible to reduce or cancel the unnecessary draft fans ,During boiler design, tbe component configuration should be rationally selected to reduce the forced draft air resitance loss fundamentally.
