摘要
对东北电网长春超高压局合心500kV变电站中选用的LW6500型断路器进行的介绍,针对其本体部分以及液压操动机构出现的几种典型异常现象进行了分析,并提出有效的处理方法。根据经验总结了LW6500型断路器在大修时应注意的问题。文章提出应充分利用春秋设备停电检修的时机,对断路器进行科学细致的检修。
The paper introduced LW6-500 circuit breaker selected by Changchun EHV Bureau of Northeast Power Grid and installed in Hexin 500 kV substation, analyzed several abnormal phenomena in its body part and hydraulic operation mechanism, and put forward the effective processing method. According to the experiences,the problems to be noticed in overhaul for LW6-500 circuit breaker were summarized. The paper presents that the opportunity of the equipment overhaul during spring and autumn should be fully used, and the overhaul for circuit breaker should be carded out scientifically and carefully.
