净化石灰石浆液解决旋流器堵塞的方案及措施

To Puirtfy Limestone Slurry——to Solve the Blockage of Swirler

针对烟气脱硫装置中废水系统旋流器堵塞,致使系统不能稳定运行的问题进行了分析。出现旋流器堵塞的原因是脱硫系统中的滤网孔径大于废水旋流子孔径,故而使细小杂物很容易通过滤网而堵塞在废水旋流子处。文中提出了系统改造的思路及实施方案,即在二级旋流溢流口处加装开式滤箱。经改造后,废水系统能够长期稳定运行。

The blockage of swirler in the wasted water system of flue gas desulfirization（FGD）equipment resulted in the unstable operation problern of system.Through analysis,it was found that,The aperture of filter screen in the FGD system was larger than that of wasted water swirler hence the tiny impurlilies easily passed through filter screen and tiros blocked up the swirler.The paper put forward the improvement train of thought of system and implemenation scheme,i.e.,to add an open filter tank at the overflow mouth of 2nd stage swirling.After retrofit.The wasted water system has been able to operate steadily for a long period.
